• Maintains constant communication with the residents of the Owings Mills housing.
• Serves as liaison between commuter and non-commuter students on the topic of housing.
• Gives a report at every SGA executive meeting.
• Presides over the Committee of Housing Affairs.
• Responsible for all activities taking place at the Owings Mills housing site that is hosted by the SGA.
• Notifies residents of upcoming events and activities.
• Attends all SFA and SGA meetings.
