Conference Services
Conference Services is available to host your seminar, conference, lecture, banquet or training program. We can provide coordination and guidance to help you meet your meeting needs. Whether it is a private meeting for 4 or a commencement ceremony for 2,000, Villa Julie has the facility space and means to make your meeting a success.
A variety of rooms and seating arrangements, audiovisual technology and catering options are available. Conference Services staff are available to guide you through the scheduling and planning process for your event. When requesting your meeting space, please provide the following:
- time of event, how many people will attend
- the preferred room type (board room, classroom, banquet room, etc.)
- breakout rooms needed?
- dates and times of the meeting
- audiovisual needs (laptop, microphones, internet, etc.)
- catering needs
- any special needs you may have (registration tables, stage, lighting, etc.)
The process of requesting a room begins by clicking on the Facility Request link and selecting the appropriate Facility Request Form. Please fill in the required information and submit your request. Conference Services will process your request and send you a room confirmation if the space is available.
